still trucking along. I am finding it easier and easier. I love getting out walking now. Really look forward to it. the eater is getting easier and easier. Maybe I am adjusting to this. I really feel I can do this. 20kg just seem so so so far away. Yes I have little goals in between and I just keep thinking of saying yes I have lost 20kg and how good that will feel.

yes - it's on my list of things to do - I haven't been able to manipulate any of my photos as my hard drive was full - but now we have an external hard drive and all is good. I am actually going to put an end to that website shortly. I am just not using it now as much that the kids are older - will probably use a blog like this one - or just facebook.....beats paying 8 american dollars a month! I'll let you know before i close off the account though - so people can leave final messages!
